Potholes on the way to Villa Cortese between San Giorgio and Legnano, became even larger and deeper following the abundant rain of recent days. This was reported by a resident of the area who denounces «a state of unacceptable neglect»: «This road is dangerous for cars and even more so for bicycles – he explains -, it is a border road and you never understand which Municipality it is the responsability. We can’t have roads in these conditions.”
This morning the citizen called the local police after having cordoned off his car, photographed next to one of the potholes, with red tape. By mid-morning the officers were present on site; the holes have been made visible and will soon be covered.
