The Central Judo Club of Chaillac and local officials hosted, at the end of April 2024, a departmental judo course, organized by the Indre committee.
This meeting in Chaillac brought together 33 young enthusiasts on the tatami, including 18 cadet and junior competitors and two supervisors.
Fifteen juniors were also welcomed as part of a day called “national team cohesion”.
“These minis will soon have a national deadline: the French team cup which will take place on May 11 and 12, in Ceyrat, near Clermont-Ferrand,” indicated Raymond Fernandez, judo teacher, member of the departmental team and Cédric Erdeven, also judo teacher, who chose Chaillac for the quality of the infrastructure and the welcome.
“We welcome this three-day course knowing that the young people are accommodated locally at the Chaillac lodge”, concluded Jean-Philippe Duez, president of the Chaillac judo club.
