Alphonso Davies’ heir comes straight from Arsenal – Sport.fr

Bayern Munich appear to be preparing for the departure of Alphonso Davies to Real Madrid, and have started looking for a potential replacement for the left-back. Among the alternatives considered, Oleksandr Zinchenko emerges as a serious possibility alongside Theo Hernández (AC Milan) and Miguel Gutiérrez (Girona).

According to information from FootballTransfers, Bayern management sees Zinchenko as an ideal choice to replace Davies. Despite his current injury, the Ukrainian player is considered a valuable asset once he recovers. However, he will have to compete with Jakub Kiwior for a place in the starting XI, with the latter displaying a remarkable level of performance on the left flank.

Although the club is confident in Jurrien Timber’s recovery, Zinchenko’s club Gunners could be open to a transfer at the end of the season. However, they will not compromise on price and are demanding at least €45 million for the player. Newcastle are also mentioned as a club interested in the player.
