This Saturday the Spanish University Archery Championship was held, organized by the University of Huelva. After several years without attending this discipline, the return of the University of Extremadura could not have been more successful with gold medals in the female and male categories and a bronze medal for teams. Ana Rubio Cendán and José Luis Patiño Barraso have been proclaimed champions of Spain, being clear dominators of their tests from the beginning of the runs. By team, in the tiebreaker, the UEx took the bronze with a very good contribution from Ana Díaz Vinagre. On the 24th, the individual badminton competition was held, where Extremadurans Inés Piñas, Antonio Sáez-Calzado and Estrella Parra gave their all, although without medals. By team, little could be done against Madrid.
