He Sports Administrative Court (TAD) notified this Monday the Superior Council of Sports the opening of a file against the former president of the RFEF Management Committee Pedro Rochai ha validated the presidential elections in which Rocha himself is the only candidate.
As reported by the legal portal ‘Iusport’ and collected by Europa Press, the TAD has referred to the CSD the opening of this sanctioning file to Pedro Rocha and the rest of the members of the Management Committee for having exceeded in his duties following a complaint filed by the president of Cenafe, Miguel Galan.
Galán filed this complaint before the CSD, which transferred one reasoned request before the TAD for the alleged commission of a very serious offence by Pedro Rocha to make decisions like the renewal of the national coachLuis de la Fuente.
Due to the fact that this is a very serious infraction, the CSD Steering Committee could agree on the provisional suspension of Rocha in the case of taking office as president of the RFEF on April 26 and dismissing him if sanctioned by TADwarned the portal ‘Iusport’.
On the other hand, the TAD has rejected another appeal made by, among others, Miguel Ángel Galán against the calling of elections to the presidency of the RFEF considering that some members like the former national selectors Luis Enrique Martínez i Jorge Vilda they still would not have lost their status as assembly members and have the right to vote.
