The Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver is the son of the former Indianapolis Colts star who goes by the same name. Harrison Jr. should be the first receiver drafted Thursday night. His famous father is a member of the Hall of Fame and he boasts the ninth highest total yards for a receiver in history. He played for the Colts from 1996 to 2008.

2. Brenden Rice

Does the name Rice mean anything to you? Normal, just think of the immortal Jerry Rice, recognized as the best receiver of all time. He is the all-time leader in yards, won three Super Bowls and was named Most Valuable Player in the final game. The former 49ers, Raiders and Seahawks player played from 1985 to 2004. His son Brenden, of the USC Trojans, is seen as a prospect for rounds 4 to 7.

3. Frank Gore Jr.

You don’t have to have that much experience to have known Frank Gore. The former 49ers, Colts, Dolphins, Bills and Jets running back concluded his career in 2020 third in history with 16,000 rushing yards. He was durable, until 37 years old, and now his descendant will try to make his mark coming from the little-known University of Southern Mississippi. If he is selected, it will obviously be at the end of the draft.

4. Luke McCaffrey

Current fans know 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey well, but those with more experience also know the father of the family, former wide receiver Ed McCaffrey, three-time Super Bowl champion with the Broncos and 49ers. Now his second son, Luke McCaffrey, from Roce University, is trying to make his way as a receiver. He could be picked in rounds 3-5.

5. Joe Alt

Joe Alt is probably the blocker who will hear his name called the earliest, from the start of the first round. His father John Alt played the same position for the Chiefs from 1984 to 1996. He was invited to the Pro Bowl twice during his career.

6. Kris Jenkins

Kris Jenkins stood out as a star tackle at the heart of the defensive line of the Michigan Wolverines, with whom he just won the national college championship. From 2001 to 2010, his father of the same name dominated with the Panthers and the Jets, collecting four invitations to the Pro Bowl, also at the tackle position. His heir should be a second or third round pick.

7. Jeremiah Trotter Jr.

Trotter Sr. made his name especially with the Eagles, as he is a member of the team’s Hall of Fame. From 1998 to 2009, the linebacker who also played in Washington and Tampa was in the Pro Bowl four times. His son is also a linebacker at Clemson. Rounds 3 to 5 seem logical in his case.

8. Jonah Elliss

The defensive end is the son of former Lions and Seahawks defensive lineman Luther Elliss, who earned two Pro Bowl invitations during his career from 1995 to 2004. Some analysts see his son Jonah Elliss being chosen third. or fourth round.
