VEGHEL | BC’67 Veghel organizes together with Badminton Nederland Two AirBadminton activities together on July 6 and 7. AirBadminton is now an official beach game. “We play outdoors and on sand. This fantastic sporting event takes place at ‘Tinus Beach’ at Hazelberg 5 in Veghel,” says Iris Bogers on behalf of the Veghel badminton association.
This two-day event is fun for everyone. As a participant in the National Championships or as an athlete to experience this new sport for yourself. Supporters are also very welcome. Anyone can participate in the National Championships, register online. “The doubles matches are on Saturday and the triples on Sunday. A group elimination system is used. Advice: participation from playing level 5th division,” says Bogers.
On Saturday and Sunday it is possible for everyone to experience AirBadminton for themselves. On Tinus Beach several fields have been plotted. Some are especially for sports enthusiasts who also want to play a game of AirBadminton. The games are played in groups.
