Today, Monday April 8, the battle for the European titles starts in Saarbrücken, Germany. Until Sunday April 14, the best badminton players in Europe will compete for medals of honor.
The Dutch team consists of Selena Piek, Debora Jille, Cheryl Seinen, Robin Tabing, Mark Caljouw, Joran Kweekel, Ties van der Lecq, Alyssa Tirtosentono, Brian Wassink, Diede Odijk and Iris van Leijsen. Henri Vervoort and Joachim Fischer are present as coaches.
For the mixed couple Piek/Tabeling, winner at the European Games last year, there are also important points to be earned for the race to the Olympic Games in Paris.
