Success at the XXIII National Stage of Judo and Associated Disciplines

The XXIII National Stage of Judo and Associated Disciplines was held on Friday 12th, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th April at the PalaMontepaschi in Chianciano Terme, an event organized by the Csen national Judo sector in collaboration with the Csen Provincial Committee of Rome and with the patronage of the Municipality of Chianciano Terme.

Guests of honor were Maestro Francesco Bruyere, current coach of the national women’s Judo team, as the first and only Italian athlete to triumph in the Jigoro Kano Cup in Tokyo, as well as Maestro Nicola Moraci, National Fijlkam teacher, and Maestro Stefano Proietti Vice Champion of the World Kata 2017.

Over seven hundred participating athletes from all Italian regions, with a significant presence from the islands of Sardinia and Sicily and the Lombardy region.

This year the Fisdir athletes (Italian Paralympic Sports Federation of relational intellectuals) also took part in the internship organized by the staff led by Maestro Franco Penna and Maestro Roberto Fortunati, led by the teachers Chiara Meucci and Roberto Pomponii of the “Asd Anco Marzio” of Guidonia arrived in Chianciano together with his “special athletes” and collaborators Livio De Michetti and Giampiero Concas.

The Aero Gym Combat sector was also present with teachers Roberta Penna and Laura Romagnoli.
