Success and Silverware at the 27th Spring Krümelrandori Judo Competition

The Anthonsthal-Schwarzenberg Judo Club invited you to the 27th Spring Krümelrandori on April 13th, 2024. The competition in Breitenbrunn was a great opportunity for our youngest judokas (born 2014 to 2018) to test themselves.

Alvin Koch and Emelie Binder each achieved fourth place. Despite their hard work, they had to admit defeat to their opponents.

Oscar Fiedler achieved a good third place in his second competition.

Lea Braun prevailed in three fights. She was only defeated by a male starter in the mixed doubles by being held. She even received great praise for her techniques from a trainer on the other side. The silver medal is her well-deserved reward.

Another well-deserved silver medal went on Maxim Beyer. Only in his first fight did he have to wake up from his defeat in order to demonstrate his true abilities in the other three fights.

We had the greatest joy Marius Janski. He showed the skills he had learned to the fullest at the tournament. He won all four fights with full points. In the first fight, in which he was behind, he showed that it is important to fight to the end and not give up. He won two more fights on the ground. It was also great for his trainers to see that he received two Waza-ari scores for Tai-otoshi (body fall) in the last fight and thus won. He was able to take home the gold medal.
