Based on the oxymoron “War is peace”, Putin is pursuing the opposite of friendship with his counter-event to the Olympics in Paris. It is an attempt at another hostile takeover.

The so-called “World Friendly Games” are scheduled to take place in Russia in September. This is reminiscent of George Orwell’s classic “1984”: Based on the famous oxymoron “War is peace”, President Putin is pursuing the opposite of friendship with his counter-event to the Olympic Games in Paris.

First: They are Putin’s revenge on the International Olympic Committee (IOC), which banned Russia’s flag and anthem from the Paris Games. Secondly, they are intended to represent the size of the Russian regime, which is already in its third bloody year trying in vain to subjugate its Ukrainian neighbor.
