Riec-sur-Bélon Archers Shine at Finistère Championship: Taking Home Six Titles and Ten Medals

The Archers of Avens in Riec-sur-Bélon did well, Sunday April 14, 2024, at the Finistère championship, field shooting, organized by the Logonna Daoulas club in Dirinon. The Riécois (nine participants) totaled no less than ten medals including six Finistère champion titles. “It’s a great success and a first for the club to be full of 100% rewards,” said Gilles Guiriec, president, with pride.

Great performance also for Claude Bonder, senior, bare bow and Fabrice Thiebaut, senior 2, compound bow, who ranked second, as well as Daniel Corcuf, senior 3, compound bow, third. A title of vice-champion of Finistère by team (Gilles Guiriec, Marc Bonder and Patrick Carrer) also garnishes the basket of “little reds” from Riçois.
