The regional cream met this Sunday on the eight tatami mats of the sports center of the spa town for the great annual distribution of prizes. The judokas from Meuse and the south of Meurthe-et-Moselle did well with six medals, including three titles.
Honor to the ladies with three of them reaching the highest step of the podium. The Seichanaise Lisa Atamaniuk (Alliance Judo 54) captured the regional crown in less than 48 kilos, the indestructible Patricia Fortel (Vigneulles-Fresnes) added a regional title of 52 kilos to her voluminous collection and the Tomblainoise Chloé Munier (AJ 54) imitated them in less than 57 kilos. All three have thus validated their qualification for the French 1st division championships, scheduled for next November.
Angeline Bristeau (AJ 54), tanned in less than 63 kg, Lauriane Dupont, silver in less than 78 kg, and Salah Mohamed Amine (Cercle Nancéien de Judo), third in less than 100 kilos, for their part won their ticket for the French 2nd division championships scheduled for June 8 in Villebon-sur-Yvette.
