Paris 2024 Olympic Games: more than 250,000 tickets on sale on April 17, including the Blues football and basketball matches

New catch-up session for latecomers: more than 250,000 new tickets will soon be put on sale by the organizing committee of the Olympic Games for the Paris 2024 events this summer. All sports and all events, with a few exceptions, will be affected by this new sale of places for events, which will be open to the general public in one week, on Wednesday April 17, from 10 a.m. And which promises to be financially affordable, since half of the tickets on sale will be for 100 euros less, with a starting price of 24 euros.

This will for example be the case in judo, where 2,000 new places are on sale from 24 to 380 euros, or again in table tennis, where 12,000 additional places will be offered from this floor price. Places for the quarter-finals, where we could find the Lebrun brothers, will be on sale between 45 and 120 euros.

There will also be 15,000 additional seats on sale for the swimming events, which will take place at the Paris-La Défense Arena (Nanterre), and nearly 35,000 for beach volleyball, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower (Paris). VIIth). In gymnastics, 10,000 new tickets are added. In tennis, 12,000. In horse riding, there will be 9,000 more places, sold from 24 to 420 euros, with some available for the show jumping final from 100 euros.

Finally, you can try your luck in team sports, where many tickets will be available. From 24 euros, notably for football – which will take place in Paris, at the Parc des Princes, but also in Bordeaux, Nantes, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Saint-Etienne – or for basketball and handball, in Lille. Paris 2024 specifies that new tickets will be available for all French football team matches from 30 euros. But also those of basketball, as well as for the meetings of the famous “Team USA”, from 50 euros.

On the Paris 2024 ticketing website, many events and sports are still available. Kick-off, we remind you, on July 24 and 25 with the start of the football, handball, archery and rugby 7 events, before the opening ceremony on July 26.
