Morelia, Michoacán.- The 23 Michoacan athletes who make up the badminton team are working hard ahead of the Conade 2024 Nationals, an event that will take place from June 20 to 29 in Campeche, with the mission of surpassing the achievements achieved. in the past.

During the Nationals pre-competition Conade, the state of Michoacán stood out by obtaining its first bronze medal in the U-17 doubles category, courtesy of Gastón Loeza and Fabio Mora. This year, the Michoacan team, made up of U-13, 15, 17 and 19 categories, is determined to improve its performance and add more medals to its collection.

The Michoacan national teams secured their participation after excelling in the national qualifiers held in Nuevo León and Morelos, achieving a gold with Valentina Marín in Sub-13, two silvers in Sub-13 and Sub-17 teams, and three bronzes in the doubles modalities. men’s, U-15 and U-13 mixed doubles, and U-13 singles with Paola Pacheco.
