At a press conference, the former Barca player under Luis Enrique, now coach of the Catalan club, believes that the PSG coach is one of the best tacticians in the world.
Tomorrow evening, Barça hosts PSG for the second round of the quarter-final confrontation of the competition. THE Blaugranas will start with a head start, acquired during the first leg, at the Parc des Princes (2-3). At a press conference, Barça’s Catalan coach, Xavi, believes that PSG will press high to try to bully his team: “Luis Enrique will do everything possible and his system will be to press and move up with the defensive line. He is one of the best coaches in the world, and I imagine a courageous PSG.”
The former midfielder, permanent member of Barça 2015, winner of the Champions League under Luis Enrique, did not hide his admiration for his next opponent. “With Luis Aragonés and Guardiola, Enrique is one of the three coaches who have had the most impact on me. When I think about what I want to do here, I take a lot of inspiration from Luis Enrique. These are the ones I remember the most. They left their mark on me and that’s my reality.”
