U-23 Indonesian National Team will face Australia in the second match of Group A 2024 U-23 Asian Cup. The following is the live broadcast schedule for Indonesia vs Australia.

Indonesia suffered a painful 0-2 defeat against hosts Qatar in the first match played at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium, Al Rayyan, Monday (15/4).

Not only did they fail to gain points, Indonesia suffered a big loss because they received two controversial red cards. Garuda Muda had to lose Ivar Jenner and Ramadhan Sananta against Australia.

Shin Tae Yong had to think harder to field an ideal replacement player who was worth it. Especially for the vital position left by Ivar Jenner.

Indonesia cannot afford to mourn the loss to Qatar in the first match. Marselino Ferdinan et al have to get up and get points when they face Australia in the second match.

Shin Tae Yong still has two days of preparation time before the Indonesia vs Australia duel which will take place at the Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium, Doha, Thursday (18/4).

Indonesia’s chances of qualifying for the group phase are increasingly slim if it fails to collect points from Australia. Garuda Muda is now in the caretaker position without scoring any points.

Meanwhile, Australia has the right to occupy second place with a collection of one point thanks to a 0-0 draw against Jordan. The top position in the standings is controlled by Qatar, which managed to collect three points.

It will be interesting to see whether Indonesia will be able to win points or Australia or even suffer a second defeat in Group A?
