Latin American Little League Baseball Championship Set for June 23-30 at La Javilla Baseball Academy

The celebration of the Latin American Little League Baseball Championship for ages 11-13, which will take place from June 23 to 30, with the La Javilla Baseball Academy complex in Villa Duarte as its headquarters.

The information was made known, John Carmonapresident of the La Javilla Academy.

He argued that the call has been made to all the countries of the Latin American and Caribbean region, affiliated with the World Organization Little League Baseball, Incto participate in said event.

He stated that the opening ceremony is set for June 24, where the country’s main sports authorities have been invited, as well as all members of the La Javilla Academy family.

“We are going to be governed by the rules of the game and regulations of the little leagues and special rules for 2024 tournaments. Participants must be of the age between 11-13 years to August 31, 2024,” he explained.

Carmona emphasized that each delegation must call, write or send by email to the organizing committee information about the arrival of their delegations, time, airline, flight number, delegation list, at least 20 days in advance of the event.

He indicated that the call has already been made to all countries in the region to come and participate in this contest, which will be a complete success, since work is being done for it.

He said that the Latin American Baseball Championship will be played at the La Javilla Academy complex, as well as the Energy Avenida España stadiumboth in Santo Domingo Este.

“The technical conference will be held on Sunday, June 23, starting at 6:00 in the afternoon where all the technical aspects of the Little League baseball contest will be discussed,” he said.

He noted that each delegation will be made up of 14 players, a manager and two coaches, as well as two delegates for each team.
