Austria Klagenfurt is strengthening itself from next season with Tobias Koch from Blau-Weiß Linz. Both clubs announced this on Wednesday. The 23-year-old midfielder is moving to Carinthia on a free transfer at the end of the season; he has signed a contract until 2027. Koch has played 25 games in the top division so far and scored one goal.

“With Tobias Koch we were able to win an absolute dream candidate. The boy has a great character and will fit seamlessly into the group,” explained Klagenfurt’s sports director, Günther Gorenzel.
Blau-Weiß Linz also announced three contract extensions. Simon Seidl, Alem Pasic and Lukas Tursch will all stay with the promoted team until 2025.
