Básquet Girona has reported this evening that the player is suffering from one proximal insertional rupture of the patellar tendon of the left knee once the relevant medical tests have been carried out.
Within the severity of the injury, Chery has avoided the worst prognoses because there is no involvement of the cruciate ligaments, but, considering that there are five days left to end the regular phase, he will not reappear this exercise. The club has not detailed how long the Canadian base will be out.
