Karl-Anthony Towns underwent a surgery for meniscus tear in left knee four weeks ago. He last played on March 4.
He is already ruled out for Tuesday’s game against the Washington Wizards. Minnesota will face the Denver Nuggets at Ball Arena in Colorado on Wednesday in a game that could decide the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference.

Before his discharge, Karl-Anthony Towns was having a resurgent season, averaging 22.1 points and 8.4 rebounds on 50.6% shooting from the field and 42.3% from 3-point range.
