YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

Marketing of the catalog of “match offers” and the “event offer” of Groupama Académie to the B2B target Assimilation of commercial offers, analysis of the market and the economic environment, multi-channel commercial prospecting, making appointments , creation and sending of costed proposals, commercial relaunch Management, monitoring and loyalty of your customer portfolio Updating the club’s CRM tool, implementation, control and monitoring of services linked to the club’s various services, preparation of marketed events, production of customer reporting Participation in club events Reception and reception of customers on match evenings, help with the organization of club events – matches, partner events, Groupama Académie events –, presence during club events Activity reporting in conjunction with management Participation in commercial meetings, sharing of experiences, establishment of an action plan for your commercial activity, reporting of activity and performance indicators, analysis and evaluation of actions carried out and results obtained, traceability actions, activity reports
