The famous Senegalese artist Ndèye Guèye has difficulty digesting the series of defeats recorded recently by her husband Papa Boy Djiné who, once again, was beaten last Sunday by Diockel at the National Arena.
Five fights, five defeats, these are the last performances of Papa Boy Djiné, also called Madji Madji. Thus, many Senegalese people make a connection between his current setbacks and his union with the dancer. A situation badly experienced by the latter who even wants her husband to end his wrestling career.

“Before going out, I asked my husband for permission and he gave it to me. I am doing this outing only to ask the Senegalese for forgiveness. Dad had invested in this victory, he did everything for it. That’s why I say he needs to stop. My wish, my analysis of the situation is that he must stop. He has to stop because it’s difficult. You can’t understand how difficult it is. He bought 10 blocks (of tickets) and the National Arena was full thanks to him. This shows how much people love him. But he has to stop.”blurted Ndeye Gueye.
“I had a difficult time with the defeat. Even outside of wrestling, I’m still attacked. If I wasn’t a brave woman, by now I would be seriously ill. But I remain strong. Spikes can’t destabilize me. I stay strong and will always support my husband. Let us tell ourselves the truth, his defeats are no longer the divine will. I asked everyone for forgiveness.”she added.
