Getafe negotiates the signing of a footballer that Las Palmas also wants

Although Emirhan Topçu plays for Caykur Rizespor, the 23-year-old centre-back’s contract expires in 2025, so his club will look to make money for him this summer to prevent him from leaving at zero cost next year. This is something that both Getafe and Las Palmas want to take advantage of in LaLiga EA Sports, although the azulón team was the first to present an offer for him.

Hasan Yavuz Bakr, spokesman for Caykur Rizespor, has been the one to acknowledge the negotiations with Getafe as well as the interest of Las Palmas, which has not yet presented an offer for Emirhan Topçu. Regarding the Madrid team, he has given the defender a contract for three seasons.

Looking ahead to the next campaign, Djené and Duarte are the only centre-backs with a contract. Omar Alderete and Gastón Álvarez play for Getafe on loan, although the azulón team would be obliged to buy the latter. Not so for the first, which has led him to present an offer to Caykur Rizespor for Emirhan Topçu. Will he be able to get ahead of Las Palmas in the bid for the Turkish centre-back?

Emirhan Topçu could be Getafe’s second signing after Uche

While waiting for what happens with Emirhan Topçu, Getafe has already reached an agreement with Ceuta to sign Christantus Ugonna Uche, who also expired in 2025. This 20-year-old Nigerian midfielder will commit to the blue team for two seasons .
