Frosinone he played aexcellent game in possession making itself dangerous both through maneuvered actions and on the counterattack (see the goals by Brescianini and Zortea), but what was not convincing was the defensive phase. On several occasions, in fact, the Ciociari have demonstrated a far from perfect reading of crosses, so much so that on more than one occasion the opposing players, inserting themselves behind the defenders, found themselves free to kick in the penalty area (see Vignato, goal disallowed for offside, and Gomis, who a few centimeters from Cerofolini fails to push the ball into the net). Apart from this, the three points are pure oxygen for Di Francesco which is dangerously close to the competitors in the fight for salvation.
