Carrying a kettleball is a perfect exercise for the entire core muscles. But it is predestined to make a mistake that, in the worst case, will continue through many exercises and even many everyday activities. “You often carry something around on your side,” says Sebastian Grüner. “Be it a dumbbell or a suitcase or a shopping bag.”
