Return to the sixth day of the Elite American Football championship, with a change of leader within Conference B.
The hierarchy is restored within the Elite championship. At the end of the sixth day, we see a little more clearly in the two rankings. Within Conference A, it is the Flash of La Courneuve who occupies the leadership chair. The latter went for a precious success on the Molosses lawn during a boiling Paris region derby (19-24).
Solid, the Flash sees the Black Panthers of Thonon returning in his rearview mirror. The latter, irregular since the start of the season, perhaps signed their benchmark victory by dominating the Cougars (46-0). A solid and fundamental success, which allows the Haut-Savoyards to seize second place in this Conference A.
Marseille continues its flawless performance
In Conference B, it is the Marseille Blue Stars who remain in control. The Phocaeans struck a major blow by winning on the Gilbert-Brutus pitch against the Catalan Grizzlys (20-28). Five matches, five victories: the Marseillais are those who have impressed the most since the start of the season, with a finalist place last year.
Authors of an excellent start to the season, the Iron Masks of Cannes are definitely no longer in their mood. The Cannes fell to Nice (20-16), restarting the Dauphins’ season. Second success in a row for the Toulouse Bears, at the end of a knife-edge match on the Argonautes pitch (13-14). Between Nice, Toulouse and Cannes, the fight for third place is fully underway in this Conference B.
