Okusawa Factory Coffee and Bakes is a bakery cafe that opened in November 2016 in the former location of Takibi Bakery on Jiyūdori Street.
It opens at 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so it’s a great place to stop by for breakfast or coffee. Dogs are allowed on the terrace seats, so you can take a break during a walk ☆
Delicious homemade baked goods are made in the kitchen behind the counter.
Donuts without holes, “Beignets,” are also one of their popular items. It has cream and jam inside.
Pudding, lemon cake, and carrot cake are all things I want to try.

Hand-drip coffee other than Bitter Blend and Okusawa Blend is lightly roasted, and you can enjoy coffee beans from various regions such as Ecuador, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Brazil.
There aren’t many seats, but perhaps because of the high ceiling or the blue color, it’s a nice and relaxing space, similar to a cafe in another country.
Okusawa Factory Coffee and Bakes is a 3-minute walk from Okusawa Station and an 11-minute walk from Jiyugaoka Station, and I would like to try out their various baked goods. Thank you for the delicious sweets and coffee☆
