Champions League: Real saves draw at Bayern

In front of 75,000 spectators in the Football Arena Munich, Bayern had more of the game right from kick-off, but failed to convert their opportunities into goals. Of all things, Vinicius Junior (24′) made it 1-0 for Real with the guests’ first shot on goal.

After the break, Bayern turned the match around with a double strike. Leroy Sane was set up by Laimer, moved into the middle and shot with his left into the near corner (53′). Just four minutes later, Harry Kane (57th) converted a penalty after a foul on Jamal Mousiala. But in the final phase the “Royals” managed to equalize. After Kim Min Jae fouled Rodrygo, Vinicius Junior (83′) took on goalie Manuel Neuer and defeated him.
