Cedric Nuytinck and his traditional Polish partner Jakub Dyjas won the men’s doubles final of the WTT Feeder table tennis tournament in Düsseldorf, an event worth $22,500, on Friday in Germany.
Cedric Nuytinck, 89th in the world in doubles, and Jakub Dyjas, 80th in the world in doubles, dominated the Polish pair composed of Maciej Kubik (WTT 69) and Milosz Redzimski (WTT 87) 3 sets to 1 (11-6, 12-10, 9-11, 11-6). The final was completed in just under 31 minutes.
Thursday, in the semi-finals, Nuytinck and Dyjas beat the South Korean pair Jang Seongil (WTT 401) and Park Gyuhyeon (WTT 179) 3 sets to 0 (11-5, 12-10, 12-10).
