Iowa Hawkeyes star player Caitlin Clark won the Wooden Award, given to the best player in the NCAA.

Clark won this title for a second straight season. Clark was chosen over UConn’s Paige Bueckers, Stanford’s Cameron Brink, USC’s Juju Watkins and Notre Dame’s Hannah Hidalgo.

Clark ends his career with 3951 points, a record for both men and women in the first division.

She is also the only first division player to have scored more than 3000 points and 1000 assists in her career.

“I feel blessed to win such an honor and to be part of such a team. I always tried to remember that a lot of people wanted to be in my shoes. »

Clark was defeated in the women’s March Madness final in the final college game of her career as the University of South Carolina captured the title against Iowa.
