Brad Stevens Named NBA Executive of the Year for 2023-24 Season

Brad Stevens of the Boston Celtics he was appointed executive of the year NBA for the 2023-24 season, beating out the other two finalists for the award in Sam Presti of the Thunder and Tim Connelly of the Timberwolves.

Stevens got it 16 votes out of 30 for first place and 25 total votes, in his third year as president of basketball operations for the Celtics after coaching them for 8 seasons. This is his first time as a winner.

As an executive, Brad Stevens brought Boston Kristaps Porzingis e Jrue Holiday via trade and built a roster capable of winning 63 regular season games and get first place in the Eastern Conference and col best record in the NBA. Other executives to receive votes include Leon Rose of the Knicks, Nico Harrison of the Dallas Mavs and Rafael Stone of the Houston Rockets. The award is awarded by vote among the 30 GMs and executive presidents of the 30 NBA teams
