The three representatives who remained alive in the main events of the calendar achieved important victories to reach the semifinals of their respective tournaments and continue to be excited about the titles. There were victories of Tomas Etcheverry (30°) and Houston, the Mariano Navone (60°) in Marrakech and Lourdes Carlé (98th) in La Bisbal D Emporda.

Carlé is going through the best moment of his career. Located in the top 100, the 24-year-old from Buenos Aires added another success in the WTA 125 of La Bisbal D Emporda, in Spain: she went double 6-4 against the Russian Selekhmeteva (840th) in 1h48m to get into the semifinals, placing herself in the 91st place in the live ranking and, in this way, secure a place in the main draw at Roland Garros.
