My job did not allow me to realize this passion by practicing in a club. Upon reaching retirement, I was finally able to register, first in Brest (Finistère), three years ago, then in Vern this season.
Small peculiarity, in addition to loving archery, Arnaud Provost has had a passion for archery since his childhood. I have been making bows as an amateur for a long time. I also practice with a bow of my creation. Since joining the club, more and more archers have started asking him to make them for them.
One thing led to another, Arnaud took the plunge and decided to create Breizh arc’s, a workshop for making traditional amateur bows, last year. It was the realization of a true personal passion, of ancient origin, born deep in the woods of my childhood, long dormant, but never forgotten! He is now preparing to create a microenterprise to pursue his passion even further.
