Alice Bersellini Wins Gold in Berlin Cadet European Cup

Alice Bersellini won the gold medal in Berlin and with six victories it won first place in the 52 kg in the German Cadet European Cup, which saw the participation of 690 athletes from 34 nations. Also on the German podium were Giuseppe Gesuele, third in the 60 kg and Rachele Ciavurro, third in the 40 kg.

Another gold medal was won at Reimsin the French EJU Kata Tournament which saw the triumph of the Italian couple Giovanni Tarabelli and Angelica Tarabelli, first in the Ju no Kata.

A good placing also for the couple Carlotta Franzina and Camilla Franzina, fourth in the Ju no Kata and, in the Katame no Kata, a good sixth place rewarded the performance of Lisa Cesario and Alessio Quartieri.

A Pescara, in the Abruzzo stage of the Trofeo Italia, first place in the club rankings was won by the Nicolaus club, ahead of Judo Virtus and Girolamo Giovinazzo, who all finished with two gold medals. What made the difference were the two silver medals of Nicolaus, who also won the men’s classification, and the two bronze medals of Judo Virtus. The SSD Blu 3000, on the other hand, took first place in the women’s ranking.
