Embiid missed the session due to a migraine, while Oubre is suffering from a virus. Embiid, who was already a questionable case due to a left knee injury.
Philadelphia enters Game 5 trailing 3-1 in this best-of-seven series. The Sixers could suffer elimination in one of the first two rounds of the playoffs for the seventh straight season.
Embiid, who has returned less than a month from surgery on the lateral meniscus of his left knee, is averaging 35 points, 9 rebounds and 5.5 assists in the first four games, while Oubre has been the one of the main players mandated to defend Knicks star Jalen Brunson.
