At Sportsefterskole Sjælsølund, you have the opportunity to work with yourself as a badminton player. Here we guarantee community and learning that you won’t find anywhere else.
It all started in 2017, when together with some of the best badminton players and coaches, we opened the best and most ambitious badminton secondary school in Denmark.
How does training take place at a badminton secondary school?
Have you ever asked yourself: “How good can I become at badminton in one year?”
We want to show you that. At our badminton after-school, you have the opportunity to find out with the help of training, inspiration and sparring – all three very important things if you want to get even better at your sport.
During the training, we work seriously with:
- The technical
- The tactical
- The physical
- The mental

In addition to the four above, we naturally also supplement with strength training, which ensures that you perform at your best on the pitch. For that, our after-school with badminton line has its own training rooms with all the most important equipment.
We travel to Kuala Lumpur, where you can experience Malaysian badminton
Once a year we pull up the tent pegs and take the entire badminton line to Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia.
