The disciplinary commission of the “Turkish Airlines” EuroLeague sentenced Lukas Banki, the coach of the Latvian men’s basketball team, who manages the “Virtus” of Bologna, to a fine of 1000 euros for his attitude towards the referees in the 30th round game.
“Virtus” visited Kaunas “Žalgiris” in the 30th round match and lost 81:96.
During the game, Banki expressed his displeasure with the referees’ marking of the players and himself received two technical marks in a short period of time, which forced him to leave the court.
