Defending champions TK Hannover Luchse have won the German women’s basketball cup. The team won the final on Sunday in Saarlouis with a score of 73:72 (40:35) against the Eigners Angels Nördlingen. The final sequence of the game was decisive when Brianna Rollerson converted two free throws for Hanover with 2.8 seconds left in the game. Nördlingen’s last attempt narrowly missed the target.
