He goes on to ask: “Who at Red Bull had access to the confidential information? Who at Red Bull is making these decisions and who is making an effort to discover the source from which the information was leaked?”.

“She just can’t get over the fact that she made a complaint and got suspended. All she wants is transparency in the process,” her friend added. Apparently, after the scandal, the employee received many messages of support and was inundated with offers to make statements, but she prefers not to speak for the moment.

An internal F1 source said: “She was not looking for any of this and now that she has been suspended, the message is very clear, It implies that women should stay silent or they will lose their jobs.,” and added that the way Red Bull handled the situation was going to “discourage other women who may have gone through similar situations in F1 from making statements.”
