Wow, hey – that was a funny surprise. During the national team’s final training session on Monday afternoon in Frankfurt, TV star Tom Gerhardt (66) suddenly found himself on the sidelines. Most people know him better in his star role as the goofy “caretaker Krause”.
The German stars were happy and willingly took photos with the cult comedian. Thomas Müller (34) and Niclas Füllkrug especially had fun.

In terms of sport, all the stars are fit before the Holland clash – national coach Julian Nagelsmann (36) announced that he would not be changing: “The plan is for it to be the same eleven as against France.”
That means: Our super talents Jamal Musiala (21) and Florian Wirtz (20) have been there from the start, as has Maximilian Mittelstädt (27), who made his debut on Saturday.

The national coach is eager to show that the 2-0 win against the runner-up world champions was no coincidence!
Nagelsmann: “It’s nice to land a one-hit wonder, but it’s about us continuing on the path! It was a very good game against a top team. We have to put it in perspective and know that it was just a first step.”

And further: “The feeling of winning is unbelievable. And the feeling of losing absolutely sucks. There’s no reason not to want to win again.”
