Last weekend, a Homologatory Archery Tournament organized by the Andino Patagónico Archery Club took place in the city of Esquel.
The activity was carried out with a double date at the Municipal Sports Complex and brought together more than 50 archers from different parts of Patagonia.
This tournament marked the beginning of the sporting year for archery. Because it was homologated, the participants had the opportunity to rank for the national team and be homologated for the national final if they obtained the necessary scores.
A significant number of archers from Trevelin, Trelew, Puerto Madryn, Comodoro Rivadavia, Neuquén, Allen, San Carlos de Bariloche, Viedma and Esquel took part in the tournaments in our city, since the tournaments awarded points for the national ranking and allowed participants have an official tournament to be able to participate in the finals of the outdoor modality.
From the Andino Patagónico Archery Club they confirmed that on Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, April 21, a Homologating Archery Tournament, Indoor Modality, will be held, endorsed by the Argentine Archery Federation (FATARCO) in the facilities of School No. 112 Archers from Bariloche, Comodoro Rivadavia and other cities in Patagonia are expected to participate.
