The Judo Club Emden eV invited the Ju-Jitsu examiner Walter Dieken, 2nd Dan Ju-Jitsu, from a friendly judo club in Aurich. Before the exam, Dieken led an intensive preparation workshop, supported by Sascha Dirksen-Schneider, 2nd Kyu, and Leon Börste, 3rd Kyu. Various Ju-Jutsu techniques were practiced in the workshop, including falling school, basic and movement techniques, blocking, punching, kicking, standing throws, leverage and locking holds as well as ground techniques.
The workshop was followed by the exam, in which all 6 participants passed successfully. They proudly received their certificates from examiner Walter Dieken. The successful examinees and their new belt grades are:

- 6. Kyu (yellow-orange belt): Ron Schneider
