On Saturday, 17 judoakas from the U9, U13 and U15 age groups went to Lübben for the Spreewald Cup.
It was one of the first competitions for the U9 athletes. All athletes were able to demonstrate and apply what they had learned. Overall, we were happy about 1x 1st place, 1x 2nd place and 2x 3rd place as well as a 5th place. The U9 was also able to take 6th place in the team rankings.
10 fighters competed in the U13 and U15 categories. All fighters were able to present themselves well and amaze the trainers with one technique or another. Overall we were happy about 5x 1st place, 1x 2nd place, 2x 3rd place and one 5th place.
But that shouldn’t have been it. The U15 was able to reward itself and took first place in the team rankings.
