Starting with the opening of the 50th Presidential National Elementary School Table Tennis Competition on the 22nd, Inje-gun plans to hold 10 competitions every weekend until April.

In addition, large-scale competitions such as the Haneulnaerinje National Dream Tennis Competition, the 43rd Korea Football Association Janggi National Football Tournament, and the Haneulnaerinje National Men’s and Women’s Middle and High School Volleyball Competition are scheduled to be held until April.

About 8,200 athletes are expected to visit Inje during the tournament, which is expected to bring vitality to local competition.

Until last March, the county held five professional and recreational sports competitions, including the Haneulnaerinje National Used Volleyball V-League and the Inje Extreme Open Badminton Competition, and 3,290 players visited Inje.

In addition, 394 athletes from 18 teams, including the national badminton team and youth national wrestling team, completed training.

In 2024, Inje-gun aims to host 60 national (provincial) sports competitions and 70 field training teams, attract 47,500 local visitors, and create an economic effect of 9.2 billion won.
