BANDUNG – Persija Jakarta goalkeeper, Andritany Ardhiyasa admitted that he was happy to see Rezaldi Hehanusa’s performance with Persib Bandung. Rezaldi was even able to find his best performance after being slumped due to injury.
These two players finally met in a prestigious match between Persib Bandung and Persija Jakarta at the Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung Regency, Saturday 9 March 2024.
“I am happy to see that he now has a place at Persib Bandung. Because, I see that after his injury, he has not returned to his performance and is now returning to his top performance at Persib Bandung,” said Andritany.
The Persija captain said that in football player transfers are a normal thing. And when facing his former club, the player will definitely act professionally.

“Anyone can move to any team. We never know whether I will move to where, or where Riko (Simanjuntak) will move,” he said.
“Certainly when fighting Persija this is a matter of professionalism, not about love. Sometimes love has to give way to professionalism,” added the 32 year old goalkeeper.
As is known, Rezaldi was part of the Persija Jakarta club in the 2016-2023 season. Rezaldi finally decided to leave for Persib in Liga 1 2023/2024 with a transfer scheme.
After joining Persib, Rezaldi had difficulty breaking into the team’s core squad. The 28 year old player has to compete closely with Edo Febriansyah and Daisuke Sato.
However, Rezaldi slowly proved his quality and consistently performed well in his last few matches. In fact, Rezaldi has become the new idol of Persib supporters or what is usually called Bobotoh.
