Reflecting on the EASL 2023-24 Season: A Message of Gratitude from the Kings

Thank you for supporting the Kings at Okinawa Arena and other venues in each country during the East Asian Super League (EASL) 2023-24 season. The EASL 2023-24 season, which started in October, ended with Chiba Jets winning the championship. Congratulations to the Chiba Jets on their victory.

This tournament was the first international tournament that the Kings have taken on since their next challenge was to take Okinawa to the world as their message.

We fought to be the best in East Asia in this tournament as well, but we finished 3rd in the group with 3 wins and 3 losses in the group stage, and while there were some areas where we could pass for the world, we were acutely aware of the areas where we were lacking, and as Kings. It was a valuable tournament that allowed us to learn about the current location of the world.

Additionally, this was the first time that the tournament was held both home and away, with three home games being played and a total of 18,415 people attending. After the tournament, EASL CEO Henry Kerins commented, “Every game we played at Okinawa Arena, the best venue in EASL this season, was spectacular with the crowd and the atmosphere.” I received it.

People came all the way to Okinawa Arena from places like Taiwan, South Korea, and the Philippines, where we competed. We hope that those who came from overseas were able to get a sense of Okinawa’s culture and charm through King’s.

The Kings will continue to strive to become Asia’s No. 1 baseball team in terms of competitiveness, as well as to become a brand that is recognized around the world.
Thank you for your support for the Kings.
