Blüger played 13 minutes and five seconds in this match, of which he spent almost a minute on the ice in the minority. He recorded two power plays, one blocked shot and won seven of 11 faceoffs, posting a negative -1 efficiency rating.

At the beginning of the first period, the Vancouver team was put in the lead by Quinn Hughes, who ended the majority with an accurate shot, and less than a minute later, Philip di Giuseppe doubled the lead. Assisting the first goal, Elias Peteshon earned his 400th point in his NHL career for the Canucks.

The goal of the Vancouver team was guarded by Thatcher Demko, who saved 27 shots, while on the other side of the field, Adin Hill managed 32 pucks.

The “Canucks” are in first place in the Western Conference standings with 89 points in 65 games and will play their next match on Saturday when they host the Winnipeg “Jets”.
