These are the main dubious episodes. In the 38th minute after Zaccagni’s equalizing goal, there is a silent check, then Rapuano points to the center of the pitch: at the moment of Guendouzi’s cross the former Hellas winger is kept in play by Simone Romagnoli. Aal 57′ long silent check after Castellanos’ goal: not a hypothetical foul, as requested by the home team, but a possible offside is the object of investigation by the Var booth. In the 74th minute Mandas missed the pass, the ball went to Cheddira who beat it but the Moroccan had gone beyond the last Lazio defender and the referee disallowed the goal for offside.
For Marelli to regulate Castellanos’ goal
Luca Marelli clarifies this. The Dazn expert focuses on the 2-1 goal, Castellanos’ first, an action on which the Ciociaria players complained about a foul in the penalty area: “On Castellanos’ first goal there are protests from the Frosinone players due to a foul by Romagnoli on Barrenechea. Reviewing the images, it is clear that it is just one arm resting on the back, no push, just one hand resting, there is no push with two hands. Castellanos’ jump was also good. And therefore the goal is legal.” Rapuano’s performance in Frosinone-Lazio was good overall.
