Rafael Nadal Set to Make ATP Tour Comeback at Indian Wells Tournament

Rafael Nadal will celebrate his comeback on the ATP tour at the ATP 1000 tournament in Indian Wells.

After the Spaniard was only able to play in Brisbane at the start of the season in January (opening win over Dominic Thiem) and then had to take a break due to a hip injury, he will return to competitive tennis after a two-month break.

Nadal originally wanted to be back on the tour in Doha two weeks ago, but ultimately he wanted to give his injury a little more time to heal well.

The organizers have already set a fixed date for Nadal’s eagerly awaited comeback match: on March 6th, he will march onto the Center Court in Indian Wells at 8 p.m. local time.

Trainer hour for 138,000 euros

However, you can already see Nadal in an exhibition match against compatriot Carlos Alcaraz three days beforehand. The two Spaniards will play against each other in an exhibition on March 3rd in Las Vegas.

Before that, the superstars act in an unusual role: as tennis trainers, they give private lessons to wealthy clients. However, anyone who is interested now will be disappointed again: the coaching lessons offered for the equivalent of 138,000 euros are already fully booked. Next time please!
